Nick Johnston

A fifth generation Montanan, Nick was born in Helena and raised in the Gallatin Valley. After graduating from Belgrade High School in 1998, he went on to pursue an education in Business and Film/TV Production from both Montana State and the University of Montana. After graduating in 2006, Nick went to work as a firefighter for the US Forest Service in northwest Montana. Working as a seasonal firefighter allows him to pursue his other passion once the fire season ends, outdoor videography.

As an avid outdoorsman, Nick spends much of his time in the mountains hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, and almost always has a video camera in his hands. He began his real estate career in the winter of 2010 by collaborating efforts in forming Montana Western Properties. With his background in outdoor multimedia and a love for the outdoors, Nick produces much of videos associated with MWP. Although he currently resides in Bozeman, Nick spends much of his time traveling the state shooting video and photos on properties helping Montana Western Properties become the dynamic leader in recreational real estate.
