Sandi Conroy was born and spent her childhood in Great Falls, Montana, graduating from CMR High School in 1975.  The youngest daughter in a family of adventurers, most of her life has been spent in the great outdoors.

Sandi’s real estate career began in 1997 after much coaxing from her sister, a fellow Realtor in Seeley Lake.  Her first office was originally located in Colstrip, MT, where she was affiliated with ERA Town and Country out of Billings, MT.  In 1998, Sandi was awarded Rookie of the Year for her Billings office along with a Multi-Million Dollar Producer Award!  However, after 2 years with ERA, Sandi opened her own real estate office which she still operates today, along with her husband of 23 years, Lyndon.  Currently, Conroy Real Estate consists of three brokers and four sales associates, all whom list and sell property throughout Montana.

Her real estate success can be attributed to her vast knowledge of the industry.  She strives to stay educated and informed of new laws, rules, and regulations that directly affect real estate transactions. Her favorite motto is: “It’s not about getting the seller or the buyer. It is all about holding a deal together and getting the transaction to the closing table!”

Above all, her greatest joy in life has come from raising her two children, Jennifer and Colton, and spoiling her two adorable grandchildren.
